Es Baluard offers market cuisine mainly prepared with fish from the region.
When the sea enables us to enjoy its exquisite scorpion fish from the Cap de Creus, the fish suquet –a typical dish from the area- is remarkable.
We should also mention the rice dishes: the mixed paella made with pork ribs, prawns and langoustines and the crab rice, with squid and crab.
All our desserts are homemade: the Catalan custard, the “bescuit” ice cream with hot chocolate sauce, the profiteroles, the stewed figs with curds, and so on.
On the wine list, you will find Catalan wines as well as a small range of products from other wine-producing regions.
